1 cup solid pack pumpkin
1 package (18 oz) regrigerated cookie dough
3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Cream cheese frosting
*Heat over 350 degrees.
*Let dough stand 15 minutes at room temperature. Grease cookie sheets (i used my pampered chef stone!)
*Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until combined and smooth
*Drop dough in rounded spoon fulls on cookie sheet.
*Bake 9-11 minutes, let cool on cookie sheet 3 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack
*Spread frosting as desired
