3 large potato's
Chicken breasts/chicken strips (i used strips in this recipe, only difference is baking time)
1/4 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup parmesan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potato's and put in the bottom of the casserole dish (i put a little season-all and garlic salt on them)
put chicken ontop (so chicken broth will fall down ontop of them as it cooks!)
spread italian dressing on the top (i used more than 1/4 cup), sprinkle parmesan on top (i used more than 1/4 cup).
Bake for 40 minutes (if using chicken strips) or 1 hour (if using chicken breasts)
