Yogurt (your favorite type - we used fruit on the bottom dannon lite - blueberry and strawberry)
Fruit of your choice (we used banana and strawberry)
Oatmeal or granola (we used quick oats)
nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
Directions:
Layer nuts on the bottom of the glass (we also used a drinking glass to create this the first time!)
First layer of fruit yogurt
layer of oatmeal/granola
layer of fruits
layer of last fruit yogurt
This recipe is just how WE did it and how my husband likes it layered - this is a recipe that can totally be tailored to fit you!
