I'm an army wife, working mom of 2 kids.! My husband Tim is a Soldier In the army. I work for MWR for the Community Recreation Division as an admin assistant...I absolutely LOVE my job I couldn't have found anything better! My daughter, Kennedie, was born in January of 04 and our son, Cale, was born June of 09. Kennedie is VERY involved in dancing, she is in her 11th season (2019-2020) of being a competitive dancer. It's exhausting but we LOVE it. Cale is starting to REALLY get into sports. He is on a year round wrestling team, and he plays baseball in the spring! This blog started out as a recipe sharing venture but now it's going to turn into a more "granola" way to live. Cheap recipes more homemade recipes and re-purposing things. I'm a crafter at heart so I'm going to throw some of that in there too! On Valentines Day of 2017 we bought our first Travel Trailer. I'll be documenting our travels also on this blog!

Little Green Pouch's

Do you find those chug and go applesauces VERY CONVIENT?  Me too!  But they are so NOT cost effective - I've found a few coupons to make them $.99 a four pack but even that to me to me too expensive for only 4 of them!  I stumbled upon these guys at www.littlegreenpouch.com following a link from pintrest!  I had to wait about a month to order them because they were SO popular they were backordered and were waiting for more stock to come in.  Shipping does take long but because they are $14.99 for four of them they do parcel post on them so make it a little cheaper to ship.  I had my daughter try them out last night.  She thought they were so cool!
I took out some of my homemade applesauce and filled it up!
They zipper seal shut....
and you are ready to eat!  They look pretty big in pictures but they are a pretty good lunch box size!

    I saw something on your facebook page recently about how to expand them and remembered DUH back when they were still on backorder I remembered seeing it before. Thanks for replying! I LOVE these things!
